In the opening episode of the ninth season, the crew commemorates him with a ceremony where the fire station is officially renamed 'Los Angeles Fire Department Captain Robert W. Nash Memorial Station 118.' The plaque honors his courage and dedication "while proudly serving the citizens of Los Angeles."
In addition to the tribute, the episode also features an exciting storyline where the 118 responds to an emergency involving a billionaire tech entrepreneur, played by Mark Consuelos, who is in life-threatening danger.
The main cast of 9-1-1 includes Angela Bassett, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Ryan Guzman, and Kenneth Choi, with Corinne Massiah, Gavin McHugh, Elijah M. Cooper, and Anirudh Pisharody in supporting roles.
9-1-1 season nine kicks off tonight on ABC at 8:00 PM and promises a season full of emotion, action, and new challenges for the team continuing Bobby’s legacy.
