The officers are patrolling the Harbor Division and handle calls for a boat owner overcharged for fuel by a dealer, pull over a driver with a suspicious box on top of his car, investigate a suspicious young couple, pull over an astrologer for reckless driving, and a drunk shooting from the crows nest of a ship.
