Aikatsu! is een Japanse animeserie van de zender Tokyo MX. De serie ging in première op 8 oktober 2012.
Ichigo Hoshimiya is een regulier, normaal meisje op de middelbare school. Maar wanneer haar beste vriendin Aoi haar uitnodigt om lid te worden van de idool-trainingsacademie, Starlight Academy, staat haar hele wereld op zijn kop. Terwijl ze allerlei rivalen ontmoet en leert wat er nodig is om een idool te zijn, gebruikt ze haar Aikatsu-kaarten om talloze audities uit te dagen.
