The third season of American Gods will release soon on Amazon Prime Video. The streaming service has released a trailer for the third season. In this season, Shadow will rediscover himself but soon figures out that he is actually a god. The only choice that remains is what kind of god he'll be.
American Gods revolves around the starting war between the old and the new gods. The traditional gods - who have worldwide mythological backstories - lose more and more ground to the new gods, who represent the modern love for money, technology, media, celebrities and drugs.
