AMC has released the official trailer for Anne Rice's Talamasca: The Secret Order.
The six-part series Anne Rice's Talamasca: The Secret Order centers around the mysterious order Talamasca, which tracks and controls witches, vampires, and other supernatural beings worldwide.

The cast includes Elizabeth McGovern, Nicholas Denton, William Fichtner, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, and Celine Buckens, with Jason Schwartzman as a guest actor and Eric Bogosian and Justin Kirk reprising their roles from Interview with the Vampire.

Denton plays Guy Anatole, a law student approached to join the Talamasca. McGovern is Helen, the leader of the New York Motherhouse, while Fichtner plays Jasper, who dominates the London branch.

Richardson-Sellers portrays Olive, an ambitious agent, and Buckens plays Doris, an old soul living with a witch coven on a houseboat. Schwartzman appears as Burton, a charismatic yet reclusive vampire, Bogosian returns as Daniel Molloy, and Kirk as agent Raglan James.

The series is led by John Lee Hancock (director of the Oscar-winning The Blind Side) and Mark Lafferty (The Right Stuff), who also serve as showrunners and executive producers, along with Mark Johnson, Tom Williams, and Christopher Rice. Hancock additionally directs.

Anne Rice's Talamasca: The Secret Order premieres on October 26 on AMC and AMC+. Watch the trailer below.

It's good to see AMC expanding the Anne Rice universe. Talamasca is an interesting choice to highlight, and the cast is promising. I'm curious to see how this series compares to Interview with the Vampire and Mayfair Witches.
