Margo calls Paul down to the station and warns him about going after James alone. He ignores her advice and heads out to Marshalls swearing in ceremony. Marshall promises Jessica that Paul is being taken care of and the video of their tryst will never be exposed. Marshall is sworn in. Paul reiterates his deal with Marshall to deliver James. Bonnie witnesses Jessica thanking Marshall for protecting her. Later, a disguised James arrives at the Lakeview. Molly prevents the wedding from being cancelled all together. Henry runs to Rosanna with news of Carly and Craig spending the night together. Rosanna is shocked, but insists that he find proof. Rosanna runs into Molly and gloats about her break up with Mike. Henry returns with the champagne glasses from Carlys office. Meanwhile, at Monte Carlo, Carly and Mike wake up together and try to justify having spent the night together. Mike hides when Jack shows up to apologize to Carly. He tells her that he cant live without her and reiterates his proposal. Carly, feeling guilty, accepts and prepares for her wedding. Jack leaves and she and Mike vow to keep their affair a secret. She advises Mike to forgive Molly and he agrees to consider it. Molly comes by to see Carly. At the police station, Jack confides in Margo about the baby tee shirt he found amongst his wedding presents and admits that Julia sent him a pregnancy stick. When no one is looking, a suspicious trick or treater leaves another baby gift on Jacks desk.
