Before stepping down as D.A, Marshall identifies James as Brandys killer. Pauls euphoria at being set free is diluted by his fear that an escaped James will go after Barbara. Bonnie and Isaac celebrate the end of Pauls trial. Meanwhile, Marshall confesses to Jessica that he told the truth in court because of her. Craig gives Aaron access to Lucy, hoping that she will recover her memory and demand to stay in town. When Aaron visits Lucy, he decides to not tell her they made love. Carly reveals to Mike that Rosanna divulged their affair to Craig and that Rosanna plans to tell Craig Carly stole the money from Monte Carlo. Mike promises Carly he will replace the money and urges Carly to confide in him whatever she is withholding. Carly does not tell Mike she is pregnant; however, Emily witnesses the tension between Mike and Carly and guesses Mike is the father of Carlys child. Later, Mike asks Lucinda for a loan.
