Margo convinces Jessica to file a complaint against Marshall. Jessica wont sign the papers until she reveals to Bonnie what happened. Jessica calls Bonnie and asks her to come down to the police station. Meanwhile at Java Underground, Marshall gives Bonnie a letter to give to Jessica. After he leaves, Bonnie throws the letter away. Later, Jessica informs Bonnie about the rape. Bonnie is very supportive, but when Margo questions Jessica, it plants the seeds of doubt in Bonnies mind. Bonnie recalls Marshall words; there are two sides to every story. Later, Bonnie fishes the letter out of the trash and reads it. She wonders what really happened between them. Meanwhile, Isaac and Ben head to the police station and find Jessicas complaint against Marshall for rape. Mike implies it is Jacks fault Carly is sick. Dr. Schiller and John explain to Jack and Mike the baby is in danger. Carly has pre-eclampsia. If its eclampsia, Carly could be in danger, too. Mike reasserts that Jack is adding to Carlys stress, but Jack explains to Mike that he is taking care of Carly now. Paul and Rose make love in Pauls car. Later, on their way to retrieve the engagement ring from Lily, they make love again.
