Bad Sisters Season Two Start Date and First Photo Revealed by Apple TV+

The start of season two of Sharon Horgan's dark murder mystery series Bad Sisters has been revealed by Apple TV+.
Season two will continue to follow the lives of the Garvey sisters, played by Sharon Horgan as Eva, Anne-Marie Duff as Grace, Eva Birthistle as Ursula, Sarah Greene as Bibi and Eve Hewson as Becka.

Two years after the "accidental death" of Grace's abusive husband, the tight-knit Garvey sisters have moved on, but when truths from the past resurface, the spotlight is back on the ladies, suspicions are high, lies are told, secrets are revealed and the sisters must figure out who they can trust.

The new and returning cast includes Fiona Shaw, Owen McDonnell, Thaddea Graham, Barry Ward, Michael Smiley, Saise Quinn, Daryl McCormack, Yasmine Akram, Jonjo O'Neill, Peter Claffey, Deirdre Mullins, Lorcan Cranitch, Liz Fitzgibbon and Justine Mitchell.

The first season of Bad Sisters won a BAFTA Television Award for Best Drama Series, as well as a Best Supporting Actress award for lead actress Anne-Marie Duff. The series also received a Peabody Award and four Emmy Award nominations, including Horgan’s first nomination as a lead actress and nominations for Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series, Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, and Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series. Bad Sisters has also been recognized by the WGA, the Critics Choice Awards, the Royal Television Society, and the Irish Film and Television Awards.

The series is executive produced by Horgan, Faye Dorn, and Clelia Mountford for Merman. Dearbhla Walsh also serves as executive producer and director. Additional executive producers include Bert Hamelnick, Michael Sagol, along with Dave Finkel and Brett Baer, ​​who adapted the series from the Belgian version of the series Clan, created by Malin-Sarah Gozin, who also serves as executive producer. Bad Sisters is produced by Merman Television and ABC Signature, a division of Disney Television Studios.

Bad Sisters returns Wednesday, November 13 on Apple TV+. The second season will launch with two episodes, followed by one episode per week, every Wednesday through December 25 on Apple TV+. The streamer also released a first-look photo for season two (see above).
