"Saul" Breaking Bad probably gets spin-off

AMC and Sony are considering to produce a Breaking Bad spin-off series where the immoral and greedy lawyer "Saul Goodman" will star as lead. A half-hour comedy belongs to the possibilities, says imdb.com, but other forms of television are still open for discussion. The Breaking Bad writer, Vince Gilligan, will be involved with the potential project. Gillian had the idea earlier on, but this is the first time this option is really being considered.

Saul Goodman (Bob Oldenkirk) portrays Walter White's (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman's (Aaron Paul) lawyer. His character is distinguished by his slippery handling, his indiference to criminality and the greed with which he fills his pockets.

The second half of Breaking Bad's fifth season will premiere on July 14th 2013.
