After FOX cancelled Brooklyn Nine-Nine after five seasons, NBC took over. The new network has now also decided to cancel the series. Once cancelled, the series will have had three seasons at NBC. The eighth - which is also the final - season has been delayed to the 2021-2022 season, due to delays caused by corona. At the moment, it isn't sure when this last season is set to release.
