Back in 2018, Bulletproof premiered on Sky1, and thus it ends with its already released third season. The three seasons aired on The CW in the United States. The series revolved around the police duo Bisschop and Pike. Next to that, they are working together as British NCA detectives, they are also best friends. Even though they have a different background, they have a deep, almost brotherly bond that rests on their moral code. Ashley Walters (Top Boy) and Noel Clarke (Chasing Shadows) portrayed the lead characters.
According to American media outlets, the cancellation was caused by the sexual misconduct allegations against Clarke. Earlier this year, the fourth season was ordered. Last month, the accusations came out. Besides all that, Clarke claims to be innocent. Sky has decided to discontinue pre-production of the fourth season and cancel the series. Next to Clarke portraying the lead character, he has also created and written the series.
