Emperor JIAQING is grief-stricken over the death of the Crown Prince. Meanwhile, Lady YIM secretly tells Emperor JIAQING that the death of the Crown Prince was not pre-ordained by the heavens, but likely to be inflicted by someone with an ulterior motive. On top of that, she even takes out a straw effigy, accusing LAI GONG GONG of murdering the Crown Prince by casting voodoo spells.
