Continuum gets a final fourth season

For fans of the science fiction series ‘Continuum’ the wait is finally over. ‘Continuum’ has been renewed for a fourth season. This season will also be the last one. It was a long wait for the viewers of ‘Continuum’, the third season ended in June and from October the decision was pushed forward again and again. But the fans will finally know how it is going to end for Kiera (Rachel Nichols) and her time travel adventures. The fourth season will be wrapped up in six episodes. Syfy has also made itself heard; it will also broadcast the final season of ‘Continuum’.

“All great stories deserve an end. I am excited and grateful to finish ‘Continuum’ with the riveting conclusion it deserves,” said series star, Rachel Nichols. “This series finale is dedicated to the devoted fans that have loyally supported us since day one.”

With the help of 17 year old tech genius Alec Sadler (Erik Knudsen) and VPD officer Carlos Fonnegra (Victor Webster), Kiera must survive in our time period, and capture Liber8 before they can alter the course of history and change the future. The cast also includes Stephen Lobo, Roger Cross, Lexa Doig, Tony Amendola, Omari Newton, Luvia Petersen, Jennifer Spence, and Brian Markinson.

When the last season will be broadcast in 2015 has not been announced yet. Are you glad that ‘Continuum’ returns for a final season or do you think there could have been even more seasons?
