Earlier this year, Paramount+ revealed that they potentially wanted to create new seasons of Criminal Minds. The most recent news is rather contrary. According to Paget Brewster (American Dad!), the new seasons of Criminal Minds are currently on hiatus. The lead actress revealed this via Twitter. On the platform, a fan asked about the continuation of the series. Brewster then replied that there is no progress regarding new seasons.
Criminal Minds follows a team of FBI's Behavioural Analysis Unit (BAU) in Quantico, Virginia. In the series, the team deals with murders from serial killers and mass murderers. Supposedly, the continuation would focus on one case, which would take ten episodes.
No, and sadly, we think it's dead.I'll let you know if there is any progress but it seems unlikely. Which is a bummer.
