Dominic Purcell (Prison Break) is leaving DC's Legends of Tomorrow after its upcoming sixth season. Every now and then, he will return for later seasons.
Next month, the sixth season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow is going to start its run at The CW. It will be the final season that sees Dominic Purcell (Prison Break) in the lead role. He has revealed that he will leave the series after the upcoming season.
The contract of the actor ends after the sixth season. Early February, the seventh season was announced. Purcell had previously indicated that he wasn't going to sign a new contract if the series were to be renewed past its sixth season. There is some good news, however. He will appear every now and then in the seventh season and beyond.
