Popular series Dertigers (NL) returns with a new cast

The successful series Dertigers (NL) returns to television for a fifth season. Last summer, the fourth and in principle last series was shown on BNNVara, but the broadcaster and producer Hollands Licht decided on a new edition, with a completely new cast.

The recording of the new series has now started.



The series starts in July on BNNVara and, as usual, can be seen daily from Monday to Thursday. No Pieter (Wieger Windhorst), Nora (Joy Wielkens), Bart (Lykele Muus) and Alex (Justus van Dillen), Lot (Leonoor Koster), Saar (Eva Laurenssen) and Elias (Jelle de Jong) so more in Dertigers (NL) ), but new faces that will probably be announced later.

In Dertigers (NL) everything revolves around a close group of friends who are on the threshold of adult life. Recognizable dilemmas are encountered, such as having children, love and friendships.

The program is based on the Flemish television series Dertigers of the same name, which started a year earlier, on January 7, 2019. The Dutch series started on May 18, 2020 and initially had disappointing viewing figures. The series soon became successful online, with more than 5 million viewers.

A Christmas film by Dertigers (NL) was released in 2023. The first four seasons of Dertigers (NL) were shown daily on NPO 3 and have been streamed millions of times on NPO Start and NPO Plus.
