SkyShowtime Announces Premiere Date for Dexter: Resurrection

Michael C. Hall, who played the title role in Dexter, returns in Dexter: Resurrection.Dexter: Resurrection is the sequel to Dexter: New Blood and the latest Dexter series in the Dexter-verse. Dexter: Original Sin, the previous Dexter series, was the first prequel series in the franchise about serial killer Dexter Morgan. That first prequel took place fifteen years before the events of the original series.

Uma Thurman, Jack Alcott, David Zayas, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Emilia Suárez, James Remar, and Peter Dinklage also star.

Dexter: Resurrection premieres Friday, September 12th on SkyShowtime.



SkyShowtime also announced that the second season of Poker Face will air in the Netherlands starting July 17th. In this series, Natasha Lyonne plays a woman who always knows when someone is lying, something that regularly gets her into trouble. The showrunner is Rian Johnson, known for the successful Knives Out films.

In addition, new local Originals, produced in various European countries, will be released in the coming months. These include the Spanish drama Arcadia, the Polish documentary Krychowiak: One Step from the Top, and the Swedish comedy Where the Sun Always Shines.

SkyShowtime will be adding Oscar winners like The Brutalist, Anora, and Wicked to its lineup in the coming weeks.
