Molly Parker stars as the hard-working, brilliant Dr. Amy Larsen, chief of internal medicine at Westside Hospital in Minneapolis. After a brain injury erases the last eight years of her life, Amy must navigate an unfamiliar world where she can no longer remember the patients she treated, colleagues she crossed, the man she loves, or the tragedy that came before her. made her push everyone away.
She can only rely on her estranged seventeen-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a nine-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends as she struggles to continue practicing medicine despite the loss of nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.
