Last year July, it was revealed that Doom Patrol was going to get a second season. DC Universe has signed a contract with HBO Max, which means that the new season will release on both streaming services on the 25th of June. The first season will also release on HBO Max.
In Doom Patrol, the brilliant scientist Dr Niles Caulder (Timothy Dalton, Penny Dreadful) leads the Doom Patrol, a group of people who have superpowers. At first, Caulder is a force of good but eventually, his inherent instability turns him into a villain. Sometimes, he even fights his own team.
