Sharon Stone is currently in talks to star in the highly anticipated third season of HBO's Euphoria. The veteran actress would join a stack of actors on the hit series, including Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Maude Apatow, Hunter Schafer, Alexa Demie, Eric Dane and Colman Domingo.
Stone (pictured), who has been nominated for an Oscar, would be a notable addition to season three of Euphoria. She has starred in dozens of notable films in her decades-long career, including Basic Instinct, Total Recall, Sliver and Casino, the latter directed by Martin Scorsese. She most recently teamed up with Bob Odenkirk in Nobody 2, Universal's sequel to the surprise 2021 hit set to open in theaters on August 15, 2025.
On the television front, Stone has appeared in HBO Max's The Flight Attendant, Netflix's Ratched and HBO's Mosaic, among others.
Earlier this month, HBO revealed that production on season three has begun after a nearly three-year hiatus. Several new cast members were also officially announced, including NFL star and actor Marshawn Lynch, Grammy winner Rosalia, Kadeem Hardison, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Toby Wallace, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hébert, Darrell Britt-Gibson and Anna Van Patten. Akinnouye-Agbaje and Wallace will be series regulars, while the other actors will have "notable" guest roles, HBO said.
Martha Kelly and Chloe Cherry, who had recurring roles in season two, are now regular cast members for the third season. Domingo returns as a guest star.
Season three will feature a time jump, bringing the show's younger characters out of high school. Although no return date has been released yet, the new season will likely air in 2026.
