MTV has a lot of confidence in the romantic comedy series ‘Faking It’. MTV has ordered 10 additional episodes. This while the second season has dropped 17 percent in the ratings compared to the first season. The average ratings are 790,000 viewers for the second season.
‘Faking It ‘is about two best friends who love each other – in slightly different ways. After numerous failed attempts to become popular, the girls are mistakenly outed as lesbians, which launches them to instant celebrity status. Seduced by their new-found fame, Karma (Katie Stevens) and Amy (Rita Volk) decide to keep up their romantic ruse.
The first 10 episodes will be completed on 25 November and the next ten episodes will be broadcast next year. Do you agree that ‘Faking It” has been extended or should they cancel it?
