Starring Max Thieriot, Billy Burke, Kevin Alejandro, Diane Farr, Stephanie Arcila, Jordan Calloway and Jules Latimer, the series follows an inmate (Thieriot) who joins a fire crew in exchange for a shorter prison sentence.
Mader (pictured) will play Faye, a smart, pretty, funny and wealthy woman. Faye is the head of a private janitor firefighting company, and when she meets Manny (Kevin Alejandro) at an AA meeting, there is a romantic spark. Faye wants to recruit him into her company and a romantic affair. Manny loves his job but doesn't like being alone, so Faye will have to settle for achieving fifty percent of her goals.
In addition to being the green witch Zelena from ABC's fairytale series Once Upon a Time, in which she appeared from the third season, Mader is also known for her role in ABC's mystery series Lost. In this, the red-haired British actress played the role of Dr. Charlotte Lewis
Kanoa Goo (pictured) has also joined the cast of the drama series. He will play Kyle, a handsome swimmer, who has arrived to attend a swimming clinic. He knows Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila) well enough to flirt with her, and seems interested enough to act as Bode's new romantic rival. Gabriela certainly considers Kyle a trusted friend, but he looks suspiciously like he's trying to work his way into her heart.
Goo starred in thirteen episodes of the ABC crime series The Rookie and guest-starred on series such as NCIS: Hawaii, City on a Hill, and Hawaii Five-0 (2010).
Fire Country has already been renewed for a second season.
