Aspiring professional house flipper Kay convinces her younger cousin Arniece to help her flip a three-story townhouse in Philadelphia. Arniece reluctantly agrees to partner with her enthusiastic cousin and soon finds she has to take charge of this flip after Kay makes it clear she has no idea how to renovate a house.
