After whisking Carly and Michael out of the country and off to the island, Sonny calls Alexis to find out if there's been any fallout from the incident which followed the Nurses' Ball. Roy and Laura brainstorm in an effort to figure out who framed Luke. Lucky finally hooks up with his aunt and assures Bobbie he still wants to be close to her and Lucas despite his antipathy for his parents. Repeating his assertion that too much has changed during the last year, Lucky asks Bobbie to help Elizabeth understand that she should be with Nikolas from now on. A frustrated Chloe reports to Ned that there's been no change in her medical condition. Laura receives a "posthumous" letter from Stefan in which he claims that Luke was out for his blood all along. Carly vents her frustration on Sonny, who endures her insults patiently until she slaps him hard across the face. Helena speculates that Stefan may have somehow faked his own death and framed Luke for murder.
