The second season currently airs on Thursday nights.

In the story, freelance journalist Samantha (McIver) and aspiring chef Jay (Ambudkar) are a couple from New York City. When Sam inherits a dilapidated estate in upstate New York, they throw caution to the wind and decide to convert it into a bed and breakfast. The problem is that the estate is inhabited by countless ghosts of people who have died there over the years.
A tight-knit, eclectic group, the departed souls are concerned about the commotion that a renovation and a B&B will bring to their home. Their vision changes when they are told after an accident that Sam can see and hear them. In the second season, Sam and Jay's bed and breakfast has opened and the estate's residents' troubles are far from over.
