NBC has renewed Good Girls with a fourth season. Due to the coronavirus, the third season of
Good Girls was shortened. The ratings for the third season were great, with an average of 3.4 million viewers. Taking delayed viewing into account, the average even rises to 7.8 million viewers. Because of that, it is NBC's number two show on their digital platform. The lead characters are portrayed by Christina Hendricks (
Mad Men), Rett (
Parks and Recreation) and Mae Whitman (
Parenthood).
Good Girls revolves around three moms who are struggling financially. When they feel that it is time to do something about their financial situation, they end up robbing a local supermarket with (toy) guns. Unfortunately, it doesn't go as planned and the moms find out that it becomes a bit more difficult to escape the crime they committed.
