The first episode of the fourth season of the sports dramedy Glow has already been finished, but Netflix has decided to cancel the series anyway.

Back in September 2019, Netflix announced a fourth season for GLOW. The streaming service has just revealed that production on the fourth season will be discontinued. The fourth season was supposed to be the final one. Now that it has been cancelled, the third season will serve as the end of the series.

Last March, the recording process for the fourth season started. Episode one had already been finished and the cast and crew had just started working on the second episode, when production was halted due to the coronavirus. Netflix has now decided not to continue the recording process. GLOW premiered back in 2017 and was created by Liz Flahive (Homeland) and Carly Mensch (Nurse Jackie).
