Snowpiercer's first season premiered at TNT on the 17th of May, and after that, it took quite some time before it released on Netflix. But the series about a train that is packed with survivors of an ecological disaster shouldn't actually be all that prominently present in the summer. It can be rightfully called 'a winter series'.
On the 25th of January in 2021, the second season will start at TNT. Straight after that, the Netflix premiere will happen on the 26th of January. The second season will have ten episodes and in those, we will see the consequences of the rebellion and the arrival of the second train that seems to have an interesting occupant, Mr Joseph Wilford (Sean Bean, photo), the creator of the lifesaving monstrosity.
