The series stars Josh Holloway, Rachel Hilson, Keith David, Sydney Elisabeth, Greg Grunberg, Camille Guaty, Asivak Koostachin, Adriana Aluna Martinez, and Benjamin Charles Watson.

The trailer that HBO recently released opens with the introduction of Hilson and Holloway's characters. "I was warned not to seek you out, that you're nothing but a loyal driver," Hilson's Nina tells Holloway. A little later, we see where this is going when David's character asks Holloway, "What do you think about violence?", leading to a montage of fight scenes.

The first two episodes are written by J.J. Abrams and LaToya Morgan and directed and produced by Steph Green. Executive producers are J.J. Abrams and Rachel Rusch Rich for Bad Robot and LaToya Morgan for TinkerToy Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Duster will be available on HBO Max from Friday, May 16, the day after broadcast in the United States.
