Netflix has announced that The Night Agent will return in early spring 2026.

The third season of the popular spy thriller The Night Agent, with Gabriel Basso reprising his role as Peter Sutherland, will be available for streaming starting early 2026. This means season three follows just over a year after the second season, which is significantly faster than the nearly two-year wait between the first two seasons.

To mark the occasion, Netflix unveiled some new images and a short teaser that offers a first glimpse of Sutherland's next mission within the secret government program Night Action.

According to the official description, the new season revolves around a young U.S. Treasury Department employee who, after killing his boss and obtaining sensitive government information, flees to Istanbul. Peter Sutherland is tasked with tracking him down, but soon becomes entangled in a dangerous world of dark money flows, ruthless assassins, and political intrigue.

During his search, he crosses paths with a persistent journalist, with whom he eventually must collaborate to uncover hidden secrets and old conflicts—matters that could shake the foundations of the American power structure and put their own lives in immediate danger.

Alongside Basso, Louis Herthum, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Albert Jones, Ward Horton, and Amanda Warren return in their roles, while new cast members such as Stephen Moyer, Callum Vinson, David Lyons, Jennifer Morrison, and Genesis Rodriguez join the series.

The Night Agent season three will be available for streaming on Netflix starting Thursday, February 19, 2026. Check out more first-look photos and the teaser below.
