Originally, the interactive special was supposed to release globally on the 12th of May. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for the Netherlands and a couple of other countries. Supposedly, this had something to do with sound issues. Netflix has now set a new date for the special Kimmy Vs The Reverend; the 5th of August.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, which is made by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, ended after its fourth season. However, the cast came back one last time for an interactive special. In this special, Kimmy can follow different paths towards her wedding. Daniel Radcliffe (Miracle Workers (2019)) also had a role in the special.
