Gooische Vrouwen tells the story of four women in the Gooi region: Cheryl, Claire, Anouk, and Roelien. The first three seasons also featured Willemijn. The fourth season introduced a new character, Roelien. The friends deal with typical Gooi issues like a lot of money, Range Rovers, children in expensive schools, and beautiful houses, and they also experience the downsides of their luxurious Gooi lifestyle.

Fun humorous series to watch! You shouldn't watch it for a serious storyline or content, but I think the makers have succeeded in making a Dutch Sex in the city/Desperate housewives look-a-like series. I hope not many of the real "Gooische Women" are like that, by the way...... ;-)
