Chef Antonia Lofaso's go-to is Goat Tartare and an anything-but-boring Wild Boar Bucatini. Chef Stephanie Izard jumps in with Rabbit Sausage and Carrot Hummus and spices up the competition with her Sichuan Peanut Roasted Duck with Pickled Veggies.
