Teaser trailer for second season Netflix series Heartstopper

Heartstopper's second season arrives next month, and Netflix has released a teaser showing what's to come in the romantic teen comedy-drama. Starring Kit Connor, Joe Locke, William Gao, Yasmin Finney, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Tobie Donovan, Rhea Norwood, Jenny Walser, Sebastian Croft, Cormac Hyde-Corrin, Fisayo Akinade, Chetna Pandya, Stephen Fry and Olivia Colman, the Netflix drama is based on Alice Oseman's graphic novels.

The story follows the life of gay teen Charlie (Locke) as he develops feelings for his best friend (Connor).



In season two, Nick and Charlie deal with their new relationship, Tara and Darcy face unforeseen challenges, and Tao and Elle explore whether they could ever be more than just friends. With exams coming up, a school trip to Paris and a prom to plan, the gang has a lot to manage as they journey through the next phases of life, love and friendship.

The new season of Heartstopper will be released on Sunday, August 3. The popular series has already been renewed for a third season.
