A small meadow with planning permission for three detached houses in Woodville in Derbyshire, an old mill in Stoke in Staffordshire and a terraced house across three floors in Mountain Ash in Wales are all soldunder the hammer. Martin, Dion and Martel meet the new owners to hear their plans to make money. All three projects need an enormous amount of work, but will everything go according to plan?
