Homes Under the Hammer

A maisonette in London, a flat in Shirley in the West Midlands and a triangular piece of land in Blean, near Canterbury, are all sold under the hammer. All the projects involve creating extra bathrooms and bedrooms, and in one case a long-held dream of building an eco-house.
