Sydney (Sophia Lillis) is a teenage girl who navigates through the trials of high school. She seems like a normal girl who goes out with her friends, listens to music and has regular discussions with her nasty little brother. However, she also has a few secrets that she only shares in her diary. In the meantime, she has to deal with the complexity of her family, her budding sexuality and mysterious super powers that are beginning to awaken in her.
The series I Am Not Okay With This was made by 21 Laps Entertainment, known from the Netflix series Stranger Things. Jonathan Entwisle is also involved, he previously made the Netflix / Channel 4 series The End of the F *** ing World. I Am Not Okay With This will premiere at Netflix on February 26. A new trailer has just been released.
