Industry had previously taken over HBO's prime Sunday 9 p.m. timeslot. Here the series managed to find new viewers, and this was exactly the purpose of the transition. On Thursday, HBO said Season 3 is now nearly 40% ahead of Season 2, averaging 1.6 million viewers per episode — and counting.
The number of viewers of the series over the past five weeks is among the best five weeks ever, and there is also a lot more talk about the series. Industry reached an audience record with the third episode of Season 3, attracting 370,000 cross-platform viewers, according to internal ratings from Nielsen and Warner Bros. Discovery.

The cast of Industry season 3 includes Myha'la, Marisa Abela, Harry Lawtey, Ken Leung, Conor MacNeill, Sagar Radia, Kit Harington, Sarah Goldberg, Miriam Petche, Indy Lewis, Adam Levy, Sarah Parish, Trevor White, Elena Saurel, Irfan Shamji, Andrew Havill, Roger Barclay, Fady Elsayed and Fiona Button.
The series is created, written and executive produced by Down & Kay. Industry is a Bad Wolf production for HBO/BBC and is produced by Jane Tranter, Kate Crowther and Ryan Rasmussen for Bad Wolf and Rebecca Ferguson for the BBC. Little Gems' Kathleen McCaffrey will join as executive producer for the new season.
