A second and third season for animated series Invincible

Amazon has announced that they've renewed the animated series Invincible with two more seasons.

On the 30th of April, the final episode of the first season of Invincible aired on Amazon. Straight after that, Amazon announced that the superhero animated series was renewed with its second and third season.

On the 26th of March in 2021, the series premiered with three episodes. Both critics and viewers spoke positively about the series. After that, the series released one episode per week. Viewers were positive about the faithful adaptation of the source material. The cast was also highly appreciated.



The series is based on a comic book by Robert Kirkman. It revolves around the seventeen-year-old Mark Grayson, who is quite similar to most boys of his age. There is one exception, his father is Omni-Man, the most powerful superhero on earth. As Mark is developing his own powers, he starts to realize that the inheritance of his father may not be as heroic as it appears to be.

It hasn't been revealed when the second and third season will be made available on Amazon.
