Start date for second half of Invincible season two on Prime Video

Prime Video's adult superhero animated series Invincible will soon return for part two of season two.
Prime Video has reserved Thursday, March 14, for the start of the second half of the eight-part second season of Invincible. A new episode will be broadcast for four weeks. The announcement comes on the 21st anniversary of the creation of Robert Kirkman's comic book, illustrated by Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley, on which the adult animated superhero series is based.

Invincible

The series centers on eighteen-year-old Mark Grayson, voiced by Steven Yeun, who is just like any other boy his age - except his father is (or was) the most powerful superhero on earth. Still reeling from Nolan's (J.K. Simmons) betrayal in season one, Mark tries to rebuild his life while facing a host of new threats, while battling his greatest fear - that he might become his father without him knowing.

The series also stars Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Gray DeLisle, Chris Diamantopoulos, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson and Seth Rogen.

Invincible is co-produced by Skybound Animation and Amazon MGM Studios. Kirkman, David Alpert, Catherine Winder, Simon Racioppa, Margaret M. Dean, Rogen and Evan Goldberg executive produce. Helen Leigh and Walker are co-executive producers.
