Last year, the animated series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous was announced by Netflix. The streaming service has revealed the first teaser and also revealed that the series is set to premiere on Netflix on the 18th of September.
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is based on the popular Jurassic Park franchise and revolves around a group of teenagers, who are trying to find Isla Nublar in order to take part in a special camp in Jurassic World. The animals escape and they need the help of strangers, friends and family to survive.
Steven Spielberg (Bull (2016)), Colin Trevorrow, Frank Marshall (1983), Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley (Star vs. the Forces of Evil) will serve as executive producers of the eight-part animated series. Next to that, Kreamer and Hammersley are also showrunners.
