"One day in April, 2015," Go asks Shinnosuke, Kiriko, Rinna, and Mr. Belt how the TOKU-JO (special unit) came together. Mr. Belt suggests they look into a case from the day of the Global Freeze one year before: the mysterious death of Professor Odagiri. As the investigation begins to uncover the secret origin of the unit, it draws in Gen and Saijō whose connections begin to be revealed as well.
