Second season Karppi on Netflix in July

The second season of the Finnish crime series Karppi - internationally known as Deadwind - will be available on Netflix this July. The second season of Karppi premiered on YLE earlier this April. The second season of the Finnish series will be available from the first of July. Internationally, the series is more commonly known as Deadwind.

In the first season, detective Sofia Karppi (Pihla Viitala, Ivalo) investigates the murder of one woman, with the help of her partner, the snob Sakari Nurmi (Lauri Tilkanen, Tellus). In the second season, the two start a new investigation when two corpses are found in a tunnel between Helsinki and Tallinn. This tunnel was still under construction when the bodies were found.
