Bengi Hatun appoints Aktemur as leader, causing discontent among Malhun Hatun and Bala Hatun. Ayse Hatun worries about her son's future. The unexpected arrival of Black Midwife Feristah, Ulgen Hatun's mother, brings surprise but leads to an unpleasant encounter with Cerkutay.
