Law & Order: Organized Crime Gets Season 5 Start Date on Peacock

The Law & Order universe will officially expand to streaming in April. Law & Order: Organized Crime has moved from NBC to Peacock, and first-look photos and a teaser have been released by the streamer.
Peacock has set a return date for season five of Law & Order: Organized Crime, the first since moving from NBC following the conclusion of season four. Law & Order: Organized Crime is the first Law & Order series to air outside of NBC since Law & Order: Criminal Intent moved to USA Network in 2007.

Along with the launch date, Peacock released a short teaser (check it out below) and several photos from the upcoming season. The synopsis reads: "Season five explores the dangerous worlds of cross-border smuggling, high-tech domestic terrorism and a crime family intent on paying Stabler (Christopher Meloni) back for the injury he inflicted on them in Rome. As his worlds collide, Stabler will risk everything to protect the vulnerable and fight for justice.”

In addition to Meloni, the cast of Law & Order: Organized Crime includes Danielle Moné Truitt, Rick Gonzalez, Ainsley Seiger, and Dean Norris.

Law & Order: Organized Crime season five will be streaming on Peacock beginning Thursday, April 17. Two episodes will stream that day, with the remainder of the 10-episode season rolling out weekly.
