Directed by the Italian Marco Pontecorvo (' Game of Thrones ', 'Rome'), ' thousand and one in the nights ' it is a miniseries that adapts to the small screen the classic Arabic work, which compiles several popular stories as Aladdin or Alí Babá.
A beautiful young woman covered by a veil strolls around without course for the deserts of Persia. It does not know where it must go, or what to do. Only it has two clear things: his name, Sherezade (Vanessa Hessler, ' Asterix in the Olympian games '), and his desire to meet again with the man whom it loves, which it is thinking about having lost forever through the fault of a cruel sorceress called Namuna (Peace Vega, ' two Marías').
In his way, the young woman will come to a mysterious palace lost between the dunes of the desert. There it will know the owner of the palace, a cruel prince who murders to everything that one that crosses the doors of his home. Turned into the captive one of the prince, Sherezade will have to use all his intelligence and his resources to survive the fatidical destination that waits for him. For it, it will begin to count to his captor different histories in the nights. With every new history, Sherezade not only will avoid to the death, but it will try to return the happiness to the prince and to make him discover the power of the love.
