Too bad there is only 1 episode per week. Two characters compete for an inheritance. Every episode enough drama and every episode new developments that make some things more and more clear. Worth it, especially for wine lovers.

Drops of God is an engaging and compelling Apple TV+ series because it tells a unique story about wine, family legacy, and competition. The way it presents wine tasting as an almost art form makes it both exciting and compelling, even for those who aren’t wine connoisseurs.
What makes the series strong is the relationship between Camille and Issei. Their struggle is not just about wine knowledge, but also about identity, family, and how they deal with expectations. The cinematography is beautiful. A possible downside is that some scenes can feel a bit slow. But overall it is an original and well-developed series with an engaging story.
Drops of God is based on the Japanese manga Kami no Shizuku. The manga was extremely popular, especially in Japan and South Korea, and even influenced the wine market.
