Season two of the comedy series Loot ended dramatically: Molly Novack (Maya Rudolph) declared her love for Arthur (Nat Faxon), and the two shared a passionate kiss, until his girlfriend unexpectedly appeared and asked, "What's going on here?" A heartbroken Molly then boarded her private jet and instructed assistant Nicholas (Joel Kim Booster): "Get me out of here."

In the trailer for season three, it becomes clear that Molly's journey is anything but smooth, both literally and figuratively. Her plane crashes, leaving her and Nicholas stranded on a deserted island. With no idea how to find help, they decide to lay stones in the sand—but they form the words 'uh oh' instead of the classic distress signal 'S.O.S'.

This hilarious scene highlights Molly's ongoing naivety, even though she gave away her entire fortune of 87 billion dollars after her divorce from Tech billionaire John Novack (Adam Scott), who makes a return this season.

The trailer also shows that Molly and Arthur eventually reunite, though it remains unclear how their story will unfold. Meanwhile, Sofia Salinas (MJ Rodriguez), Howard (Ron Funches), and the rest of the Wells Foundation team are once again drawn into Molly's chaotic life.

Additionally, viewers can expect some special guest appearances this season, including D'Arcy Carden, Kesha, Zane Phillips, Henry Winkler, X Mayo, and Paula Pell.

Season three of Loot premieres on Wednesday, October 15, with the first two episodes. A new episode will be released weekly, concluding on December 10.
