Yesterday, we released a message that Netflix had probably accidentally revealed the Lucifer release date. Now we can reveal that Netflix isn't going to keep fans waiting any longer. The fifth season of Lucifer will indeed start on the 21st of August.
The fifth season of the comedy will release in two separate parts. The first part will release on the 21st of August, and it hasn't yet been entirely revealed when the second part is going to release.
In the meanwhile, Tom Ellis has signed a contract to appear in a possible sixth season. This means that the entire cast and crew have signed up for that season. All we can do now is wait for Netflix whether or not they want to create a sixth season.
Lucifer fans can start their countdown till when their favourite, comical and adorable devil appears once more.
